This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for AutoPilot subscriptions provided by AutoPilot (“AutoPilot”).
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Cancelling stops future renewals.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with the applicable Lemon Squeezy and AutoPilot refund policies and with applicable law. Because AutoPilot is digital software and a license key is issued at purchase, refunds may be limited once a license key has been issued, activated, or used.
Billing Errors and Access Problems
If you experience a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a technical inability to access the product, please contact us so we can help resolve it. We want every customer to be able to use what they paid for.
Payments and Taxes
Payment processing and any applicable taxes are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for AutoPilot purchases. Some refund actions may be processed through Lemon Squeezy. You can also manage or cancel your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy order/customer portal.
