What We Do Not Collect by Default

By default, AutoPilot does not collect or transmit to our servers:

  • Your Claude or ChatGPT account passwords
  • Your private API keys
  • The full source code of your projects

AutoPilot is designed to work with your local tools and local project folders.

Local-First Behavior

AutoPilot is local-first. It runs on your device and operates against your local tools and project files. Your source code, prompts, logs, task history, and agent conversations stay on your machine by default. No source code is uploaded to our servers by default. Pro license checks and app updates only connect to our servers and Lemon Squeezy to exchange minimal license and account metadata (such as license key status, activation, app version, and entitlement status) — they do not send your source code or project data.

Payment Processing

Payments for AutoPilot Pro are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your license key after purchase. We do not store full payment card details. Lemon Squeezy’s handling of your payment information is governed by Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy.

How We Use Information

  • To provide account access and operate AutoPilot
  • To verify subscriptions and entitlements
  • To provide customer support
  • To improve and maintain the product
  • To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or security issues

Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use basic cookies necessary for it to function, and may use website analytics in the future to understand general usage. Where required, we will seek consent in accordance with applicable law.

We may share limited information with:

  • Our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) to process subscriptions and issue license keys
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our services
  • Support tools used to respond to your requests
