Create a New Project
This page explains how to start a brand-new local project in AutoPilot. Use this workflow when you are beginning fresh and do not yet have a codebase to work from.
Steps
- Click
New Project. - Choose
Start from scratch. - Select or create a local project folder to hold your work.
- AutoPilot scans the folder.
- AutoPilot prepares the Agile Board and project memory.
- Check that the Claude and Codex connections are active. See Connect Claude and Connect Codex.
- Add your first tasks on the Agile Board.
- Start the development loop.
